The Conversation with Abdurrahman Wahid took place on Sunday night, December 12, 2004, at the Sidney Myer Asia Centre, University of Melbourne.
He was introduced by the previous governor general of Australia the Rt Rev Dr Peter Hollingworth. After a short speech questions were asked by Mr Justice Howard Nathan and Dr Paul Barton, both of whom have had a deep commitment to interfaith dialogue.
